migraines

by: Megan on Mon, Nov 19 2007

I just wanted to share with everyone how much acupuncture has helped me. I have migraines 24 hours a day 7 days a week. I started acupunture about a month ago and it really really helps. If you end up taking my advice, which you should, ask your acupunturist about ear needles. Im not sure what the real name is for them, but they help me feel immediate relief. I love it. I still get migraines a lot but it really helps take the edge off and i have actually have had some days wear im headache free. I strongly recommend checking it out.
