Im scared I dont know what to do!!!

My dad recently died with prostate cancer , I have been having major prostate issues elevated psa from
4.5 to 9,6 all within the last year Im only 46 years young Im scared and dont know what to do I heard biopsy can release seed cancer cells outside the prostate and im wondering what other tests can i have
that can or could diagonis if i even have cancer or chronic prostatis ive been put on levaquin flomax and other antibiotics they seemed to help in the beginning
but i dont see much of a change now im scared of the unknown please respond thanx.
