laryngitis/tonsilitis

by: kandan on Mon, Oct 08 2007

I had cronic laryngitis ever since I joined an airport handling agent in singapore, popularly known as SATS. I visited the company doctors on numerous occassions and after taking anti-biotics the symptom recur after a month. Finally the doctor suggested that I opt for the removal of my tonsil which i decline.
I met a friend and told him of my problem. He recommended me to take one teaspoon of honey and mix it with one teaspoon of organic apple-cider vinegar for one month before going to bed without taking any more water, so as not to wash away the potion that i drank. I did it religiously for one month and the recurrence of laryngitis or tonsilitis has disappear from my life.
