LIVING WITH M.S.

by: JANET on Fri, Aug 17 2007

I am very interested in living without medications, because I have tried them all with no changes in my physical condition. Then my husband had me get interested in organic gardening. I could only hold the hose to water from my wheel chair, but he made me feel good. Anyway, I found a complete change in me when I became a vegetarian with the organic foods we grew. I am now into herbs. I read an article about alphB-cryallin and I’m not sure what that is, or is it something found in foods, herbs or meats/fish. Could anyone else let me know if they are trying what I’m doing, because now I am not blind, can walk and ride a bike, mow the lawn, do housework and remodeling with my husband and feel great. I am not in remission, because I do have fatigue at times and optic neuritis from over working, but I think eating fresh foods and not fast foods has changed my life. Please have someone explain where I can get that alphaB-crystallin from? Thank for your time and interest in my story. I also found that wearing sunglasses to protect my eyes has help with my M.S. also. My other friends feel the same way. It helps prevent double vision, blurred vision when outdoors.
