Invisible Agony

I’m 57,and have had Fibromyalgia for 15 yrs.My muscles constantly burn with pain…I have tingling all over….can’t sleep for more than 2 hours at a time…..continual cystitus and frequency…earache,toothache sore glands….always feel fluey and have to cope with severe migrain attacks every day.I look great !! Hence I get little sympathy or understanding.
I’m totally addicted now to strong prescription painkillers…more you take..more you need.Every day is really hard work…just surviving ’till I can go back to bed.
Not depressed,or short of energy…just restricted by pain and feeling so dreadfully ill all the time.
Live alone now so just have to cope,
family just don’t understand because I look so normal.Always having to make excuses,I’m sure people just think I’m anti social or just lazy.
Wish I had someone to talk to who’s going through the same thing.
