    I have recently come to learn that I am sensitive to many foods, minerals, etc. I have been seeing an acupuncturist to relieve or heal my sensitivities to many different foods and minerals. Some of the treatments have been effective but others have not. I have just learned to avoid certain foods–like cheese-which is very hard for me because I LOVE cheese. [more..]
